Exact Build Up of PTFE 1.52mm PCB

Hello,

For simulation purpose I need to specify exact parameters of the PCB.

In this case it's about 1.52mm 2 layer PTFE Teflon PCB with ZYF300CA-C material.

I need to know the following parameters:

Please correct me if I'm wrong and tell me the missing information.

Soldermask - not used

Gold - thickness 1U" -> 0.0254um

Emmersion Nickle - thickness (information MISSING)

Copper - thickness 1oz -> 35 um

ZYF300CA-C - thickness 1.5mm

Copper (in my case on this side is no copper) - no thickness

Emmersion Nickle - due to no copper not used

Gold - due to no copper not used

Is there some soldermask used on the bottom layer when there is no copper ? If yes I need also this thickness and Df/Dk values.
