How to Track My Order

1.  Open your Order History


Sign in to your account, click Order History. This will take you to a page where your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status.



2. Check Order Status


You can see the file review status in the Product Files column and the status of your order in the Order Status column. Click Order Details to learn more.




3. Track Production Process


Once your order has been put into production, click Production Progess to check process in real-time.


4. Track Shipment status


Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an e-mail advising you of the shipping status of your order and its tracking number. You can also use our website to track your parcel by clicking Shipment Tracking.
