Aluminum pcb vias

It would be our intention to make an aluminum pcb so that all plated vias have a complete electrical connection with the aluminum layer so that the aluminum layer can act as a ground plane. Is this possible ?

Sorry that there will be theremal insulation layer between the aluminum and traces, so we are afraid that the vias are not able to connect the bottom side.
