- Notice & Real-Time Quotes
JLCPCB is implementing a strategic pricing adjustment for its core 1-, 2-, and 4-layer FR4 PCB products. To deliver greater value and transparent pricing for buyers and developers worldwide, JLCPCB has officially eliminated its temporary volume-based pricing surcharges on large-scale orders.
Market Context & Background
Previously, severe fluctuations in raw material prices and temporary supply constraints required JLCPCB to apply tiered surcharges to high-volume orders (particularly those exceeding 50 m²) based on order area and technical specifications. As raw material market conditions have recently eased and component supply has stabilized, JLCPCB is adjusting its volume order pricing downward to pass these savings directly back to our customers.
Streamlined Flat-Rate Pricing for Volume Orders
Under the updated policy, volume orders no longer incur progressive, tier-based high-volume surcharges. Instead, all volume order quantities (including orders over 50 m²) are now charged at the standard base rate, providing significant cost relief for customers scaling up production across 1-layer, 2-layer, and 4-layer FR4 board designs.
For example, under this updated structure, maximum-area orders (1,000 m²) will see significant price reductions per square meter across 1-layer, 2-layer, and 4-layer boards compared to previous peak rates.
Notice & Real-Time Quotes
The updated pricing structure is currently in effect for all qualifying orders placed on the platform. As raw material market conditions and exchange rates remain subject to natural fluctuations, customers are encouraged to refer to the real-time instant quote generator on the official JLCPCB website for final order pricing.
