How do I use a coupon for my order?

Note:

• New customers can receive a total of $60 coupon upon registration and login, but the type and number of coupons may also depend on the shipping address and payment method.
• One order batch can only use one coupon, and you cannot combine different coupons to use in a single order.
• Coupons cannot be applied to combined new orders or added to existing orders.
• One coupon type cannot be used in another different type,

 *For example, a coupon from an SMT order cannot be used in a PCB order.

Using a Coupon:

1. Register or log in to your JLCPCB account.

2. Click on your username in the top right corner and select "My Coupon" from the dropdown menu.

4.  Check the coupon details: Coupons will display automatically on the payment page when your order meets its requirements.

5. Please note the available coupons will be shown on the final checkout page after you fill in the shipping information.

When Will I Receive My Coupon?

The time it takes to receive your coupon depends on the type of coupon and eligibility requirements. Here's what you need to know:

- New customers may receive coupons upon registration and login, but the type and number of coupons may also depend on the shipping address and payment method.

- Other coupons may be given during promotions and activities or as rewards for specific actions and will be issued to your account within a reasonable timeframe after the promotion or action has been completed.

To ensure you receive the appropriate coupons, please make sure to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping address and payment method information when placing your order.

To find your coupons, click “My Coupons” or “Order history” > “Payments” > “Coupon”.
