JLCPCB Coupon FAQs

Q1: Why can't I use my coupon?

Some coupons are only valid under specific conditions, such as:

• Minimum order amount (e.g., orders over $XX)
• Special shipping or promotional coupons
• Certain regions or countries

Also, expired coupons cannot be redeemed, even if unused.

Q2: My order was partially canceled. Why wasn't the coupon returned?

If a coupon has already been partially applied to an order, it cannot be refunded or returned for that order.

Q3: I used a $50 coupon for a $34 order. Will the remaining $16 stay in my account?

Coupons can only be redeemed once per batch. Any unused portion will not be saved or refunded.

Q4: I have 3 of the $5 coupons. Can I combine them into a single $15 coupon?

No. Each coupon must be redeemed separately. You cannot merge three $5 coupons into one $15 coupon.

Q5: Can I reuse a coupon when I add a new item?

Coupons are valid once per batch.

• If the entire batch is canceled, the coupon will be restored.
• If only part of the batch is canceled, the coupon will not be returned, since it has already been applied.

• One-time redemption: Each new-user coupon and event coupon can only be claimed once per customer, even if multiple accounts exist.
• System detection: Coupons flagged as invalid or misused by our system cannot be redeemed.

• Abuse policy: Misuse of coupons may affect your eligibility for future promotions. JLCPCB values a trustworthy business environment and expects all customers to respect fair usage.
