Q. Is it really $123 coupons?

$123 coupons include:

• $6 New User PCB Coupon (For orders over $2 excluding freight)

• $7 New User PCB Stencil Coupon (For orders over $1)

New customers can automatically receive coupons of $123 after registering.

Monthly SMT Coupon Policy

All customers receive $33 in SMT service coupons every month, including the following:

Three Monthly SMT Coupons:

• $9 SMT special offer coupon for order over $1 (excluding freight)

• $9 SMT special offer coupon for order over $1 (excluding freight)

• $15 SMT special offer coupon for order over $150 (excluding freight)

These three SMT coupons are automatically issued at the beginning of each month.
Please review the terms, conditions, and expiration dates of each coupon before use.

Q. Why can't I use my coupon?

A1. Please notice that some coupons can be used under limited conditions. For example, special shipping offer coupons, special offer coupons for orders over $XX coupons, etc.

A2. The unused but expired coupon can't be redeemed.

A3. Please note that the some coupons are valid in certain regions/countries.

Q. The order is partially canceled, why not return the coupon?

Because the coupon has already been partially used for the order, it cannot be returned.

Q. My $50 coupon paid for a $34 order, will it leave a $16 coupon in my account?

A coupon can be only redeemed once. If the coupon amount has not been used up, the remaining part is not be refunded or saved.

Q. I have 3 of the $5 coupons, can they be redeemed as 1 coupon valued at $15.

Sorry, coupons can't be integrated into one big coupon.

Q. Can I use the coupon again when I add a new item?

Coupon can only be used once per batch. If you cancel the whole batch, the coupon will be returned. For partial cancellations, the coupon won't be restored since it has already been applied to the batch.

Additional Information:

Each customer (regardless of whether it has a different JLCPCB account) can only gain new-user-coupon once and event coupons once. Coupons can't be redeemed that is detected by the system as a wrong-take. Coupons are used for starting a better PCB prototype experience. Abuse of coupons would reduce trust, JLCPCB's customers always respect a good business environment.
