What would be recommended minimum PTH and NPTH hole/drill distance from PCB edge (milled edge, not a v-cut) to avoid manufacturing issues?

In my case I need:

1) 1.1mm NPTH drill in 1.6mm standard FR4 right next to PCB edge as close as possible;

2) 1.0mm PTH hole with D2.0mm for annual ring in other PCB for soldering alignment pin, again 1.6mm FR4.

Idea is to have two PCBs with alignment pins / holes close to the edge for mechanical alignment during manufacturing, but space in design is very limited.
