  • What PCB thicknesses does JLCPCB offer?

    We offer the following thickness options: 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm. Note that 2-layer PCBs with 0.6mm thickness do not support HASL (with lead) surface finish.

  • What is the thickness tolerance of your PCBs?

    The thickness tolerance of our PCBs is +/-10% of the finished board thickness.

  • Anything I should know when selecting 0.4mm thickness boards?

    For 0.4mm thickness boards, only ENIG finish is accepted. These boards cannot be made with a panel and are not available for 1-layer PCBs.

  • Anything I should know when selecting 0.6mm thickness boards?

    Boards with 0.6mm thickness have a maximum size of 100mm x 100mm. This thickness is not available for 1-layer, 4-layer, or 6-layer PCBs.

  • Anything I should know when selecting 0.8-1.0mm thickness boards?

    For boards with 0.8mm to 1.0mm thickness, the maximum size is 300mm x 300mm.
