- About JLC Digital Manufacturing
On August 4, 2026, JLC Digital Manufacturing became a publicly traded company, marking a new phase in its development. This listing underscores the Company’s deep commitment to rigorous corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency. The company will continue to operate its integrated digital manufacturing platform, serving hardware engineers and product designers globally.

From PCB Prototyping to Full-Stack Digital Manufacturing
Two decades ago, many engineers faced a common challenge: getting a few PCB prototypes made often meant struggling to find a factory willing to accept small orders. Even when orders were accepted, costs and lead times frequently put projects on hold.
JLC Digital Manufacturing started by solving that specific problem. By consolidating orders from multiple customers into larger production panels, the company made it economically viable to produce even single boards. At the same time, it moved quoting, order verification, production, and logistics online—eliminating the need for engineers to chase suppliers, follow up on progress, or coordinate across multiple touchpoints.
Over the past twenty years, as customer needs evolved, JLC Digital Manufacturing expanded its services along the product development lifecycle—from EDA/CAM software to PCB fabrication, PCBA, 3D printing, CNC machining, and mechanical components. What were once fragmented steps have been connected into a continuous R&D and manufacturing chain.
The company's ecosystem now includes EasyEDA for PCB design, JLCPCB for fabrication and assembly, JLC3DP for additive manufacturing, JLCCNC for precision machining, and JLCMC for mechanical components. By the end of 2025, the platform had accumulated over 9.5 million registered users and served customers in more than 180 countries and regions.
Supporting Hardware Innovation Across Industries
The integrated platform reduces the time engineers spend coordinating across multiple suppliers, enabling them to focus on solving technical problems. Digital manufacturing capabilities—including AI-driven order verification, panelization, and production scheduling—allow rapid turnaround for prototyping and iterative development.
The impact is particularly visible in robotics development. One robotics team used JLC Digital Manufacturing's multi-layer PCB prototyping, CNC precision machining, and industrial-grade 3D printing to bring a full open-source bipedal humanoid robot from concept to stable running in approximately 120 days. As the team's hardware engineer recalled: "We would revise a design in the evening and receive the prototype within 2-4 days."
In 2025, the company processed over 21 million orders. Its services have supported hardware development in robotics, industrial control, and AI hardware—sectors that demand frequent design changes and rapid physical validation.
What the Listing Means for Customers
The public listing provides JLC Digital Manufacturing with additional resources to expand manufacturing capacity and further develop its digital infrastructure. These resources will be directed toward three strategic focus areas that directly benefit customers:
First, we are strengthening supply chain resilience and transparency. JLC continues to adhere to internationally recognized quality, environmental, and data security standards—including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and PCI DSS. These standards ensure reliable, high-quality fulfillment across global supply chains.
Second, continued investment in R&D and smart manufacturing. The company is deepening automation upgrades across its digital factories, with the goal of shortening delivery lead times, improving manufacturing precision, and enabling full-process digital traceability—from prototype development to volume production.
Third, building a comprehensive hardware industry chain ecosystem. The company is expanding its one-stop cross-disciplinary capabilities that span circuit design, PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, and precision mechanical processing. This integrated approach helps both startups and multinational companies accelerate product realization.
“The trust and support of our customers and partners over the past two decades have made this milestone possible. We are sincerely grateful for their collaboration and belief in us. Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in our platform and services—expanding manufacturing capabilities, improving supply chain efficiency, and enhancing our digital tools—to better support the hardware development needs of our global community.” said Mr. Smith, vice president of JLC Digital Manufacturing.
