Can an SMT stencil and PCB be shipped together?

It depends on the stencil size:
Stencil ≤ 280 × 280 mm: Can be shipped together with your PCBs.
Stencil > 280 × 280 mm (Express shipping such as DHL/FedEx): Will be shipped separately.
