JLC Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the JLC Referral Program (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”). These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) constitute the entire agreement between you and JLC (the organizer) regarding your participation in the Program. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants in this Program must be registered users of the JLC platform (covering PCB, 3D Printing, CNC, Sheet Metal, and other business lines) (hereinafter referred to as the “Referrer”). Both individual and corporate users are eligible to participate.
1.2 The referred person must be a new user who has not previously registered a JLC account. A “new user” is defined as a user who has never registered an account on the JLC platform, as determined solely by JLC’s system records, including but not limited to email address, phone number, device identifiers, IP address, or other reasonable technical measures.
2. How to Participate
2.1 Referrers can obtain a unique invitation link from the JLC official promotion page. This link serves as the primary proof of participation. It is personal and must not be transferred or lent to others.
2.2 Referrers may share their link via compliant channels such as social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) or email. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations of your country or region, as well as the rules and policies of third-party platforms. False advertising, malicious inducement, or any other prohibited behavior is strictly forbidden.
2.3 A referral is considered successful once the referred person registers through the unique link. The referral is deemed converted when the referred person completes their first valid order.
Definition of a valid order: A valid order must meet the minimum payment amount specified on the promotion page (excluding shipping costs) and must not be canceled or refunded.
3. Reward Rules
3.1 Referrer Rewards: Referrers will receive a registration reward coupon when a new user registers. An additional first-order reward coupon will be granted when the new user completes their first valid order. While the Program is generally open-ended, JLC reserves the right to impose reasonable limits or adjust reward mechanisms in cases of suspected abuse or operational considerations.
3.2 Reward Distribution: Coupons will be automatically issued to the user’s Coupon Center after the referred user registers or completes their first valid order. Users can log in to view and use their coupons. Reward type (e.g., no-minimum discount, minimum-spend coupon) and value are specified on the promotion page.
3.3 Coupon Rules: Coupons are subject to minimum spend, validity period, and applicable scope, as specified on the promotion page. Coupons can only be used to offset order amounts, cannot be redeemed for cash or given in change, and will expire if not used within the validity period. Only one coupon can be used per order; coupons cannot be combined. Coupon terms, including value and conditions, are subject to change and shall not be construed as guaranteed savings.
4. Data Review and Verification
4.1 Referrers can log in to their account and check the registration and order times, as well as the order status of referred users, in the Referral Program section of the User Center. All data are based on the organizer’s system records.
4.2 If there is any dispute regarding referral records or rewards, you must contact official customer service and provide supporting evidence within 7 business days (or such longer period as required by applicable law) of the issue. The organizer will verify and respond within 10 business days. Failure to raise a dispute within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the system records.
5. User Obligations and Violation Handling
5.1 Referrer Obligations: Referrers must not use misleading language or false information to induce registrations. Malicious referrals are strictly prohibited, including self-referrals, registrations using fake or multiple accounts, repeated referrals, or falsifying information. Referrers must not infringe on the legal rights of third parties, including intellectual property, reputation, or privacy rights.
5.2 Consequences for Referrer Violations: If a referrer is found in violation, the organizer reserves the right to terminate their eligibility and revoke all rewards. In severe cases, the organizer may restrict or suspend the account and reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where permitted by law.
5.3 Consequences for Referred User Violations: If a referred user engages in fraudulent registration or malicious ordering (including unjustified order cancellations, frequent returns/exchanges, or exploiting rewards), the organizer reserves the right to cancel their benefits, reclaim coupon amounts, and restrict account functionalities.
6. Program Duration and Adjustments
6.1 This Program is a long-term promotion, with the duration announced on the promotion page. Invitation links remain valid throughout the program. If the Program is terminated, the organizer will provide at least 7 business days’ notice on the promotion page. After termination, new referrals will no longer earn rewards, but any issued unused coupons can still be used within their validity period.
6.2 The organizer reserves the right to adjust reward rules, discount amounts, and other program details based on operational or market conditions. Any adjustments will take effect once announced on the promotion page. If the changes materially affect your rights, you may terminate your participation before the effective date. Continuing participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The organizer shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure, network or device failures, system maintenance, or other issues that may result in link errors or delayed rewards. Reasonable efforts will be made to fix or resolve such issues.
7.2 The organizer is not responsible for reissuing rewards if the referred user cannot claim or use them due to personal reasons (e.g., lost account, incorrect information). Users may contact customer service for assistance.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 For matters not covered in these Terms, the JLC Platform User Agreement and the supplementary rules on the promotion page shall prevail.

8.3 JLC reserves the right to interpret these Terms in good faith. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation shall be subject to applicable laws and regulations.
