(1) Single board:
| Minimum | Maximum | |
| FR4 | 3*3mm(Thickness ≥0.8mm) 5*5mm(Thickness <0.8mm) | 1-layer:606*510mm 2-layer:670*600mm 4-layer:663*593mm 6-32 layer:656*586mm Any layer with thickness <0.8mm: 599 × 497 mm |
| Aluminum-core | 5*5mm | 602*506mm |
| Copper-core | 5*5mm | 480*286mm |
| Rogers/PTFE | 3*3mm | 590*438mm |
| FPC | No limit, but dimension within 20*20 mm are best panelised | 234*490 mm; or 250*600 mm with edge rails |
2-layer FR4 PCBs, with thickness 1.0mm/1.2mm/1.6mm/2.0mm, cooper weight 1oz/2oz, can reach a maximum size of 1020 × 600mm.
4-layer FR4 PCBs, with thickness 1.0mm/1.2mm/1.6mm/2.0mm, can reach a maximum size of 1016 × 596mm.
(2) V-cut Panel board:
The minimum size we can make for V-cut panel is 70mm*70mm, while the maximum size is 475mm*475mm, otherwise it can not go through the v-cut machine.
The minimum size of single board in the V-cut panel should follow those mentioned in the chart above.
(3) Stamp holes/slots panel board:
For the panel separated by mouse-bites/stamp holes or slots, there is no minimum panel size requirement like V-cut panel. The minimum size of single board and the maximum size of the panel should follow those in the chart above.
Note: Boards with irregular shape or large aspect ratio require manually audit on the manufacturability.
