How to order an SMT stencil without PCB?

If you don't want to order the stencil together with the PCB, or if you forgot to order it during the PCB purchase, you can still place a separate stencil order by following the steps below. (8 steps in all)

At the beginning, click 'Order Now' or 'Instant Quote' to access the ordering page.

Step 1. Upload PCB Gerber file and order stencil without PCB

Choose 'SMT Stencil' at the top of the ordering page, upload your PCB Gerber file, and then select the stencil parameters you need.

Notice: If you require special technologies or a custom stencil size, select 'Yes' for the relevant option — for example, "Nano-coating"or "customized size".

Step 2. Save the stencil order to cart

After choosing all stencil parameters you need on the ordering page, save it to cart.  (as shown below)

Step 3. Check out the stencil order in your cart

After saving the stencil order to cart, check out the cart in the top right corner. (as shown below)

Step 4.  Select items and Check out

Remember to select the item before checking out. (as shown below)

Step 5. Enter your shipping details

Go to the shipping address page and enter your shipping details .(as shown below)

Step 6. Choose a shipping method

Select your preferred shipping method and proceed to the next step. (as shown below)

Step 7. Submit your stencil order and pay

After adding all the information, submit your stencil order and pay directly. (as shown below)

Step 8. Select your preferred payment method

Select a payment method you like,  for example, choosing Paypal here, then click the " PayPal" logo to pay for it.

Important notice:

a. Don't forget to select the coupon you've got before on this page.

b. Don’t stay on the payment page too long without proceeding to the next step, or the session may time out before you complete the stencil order.

If the page does expire, don’t worry — you can still complete the checkout by following the steps below(Unexpected Payment situation ↓)

Unexpected Payment situation

If you don’t complete the payment in time, the stencil order will expire. In that case, click your username in the upper right corner and choose 'Order History' , then continue to pay for the unpaid stencil order.

That's it! After completing the payment for your stencil order, your parcel will be on its way. The standard build time for SMT stencils is 12–24 hours.

If you order the stencil together with a PCB or require advanced stencil technologies, the production time may be longer.
