Dear Affected Users,

Following our recent system upgrade to meet enhanced compliance requirements, a small number of accounts have been restricted. This adjustment was made to meet stricter compliance requirements and global trade compliance criteria, which involved reviewing and closing accounts with a history of risky IP addresses and risky activities. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern this has caused, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.


Please be assured that protecting your privacy and assets remains our top priority. Your funds and personal information continue to be secured through robust encryption and multi-layered security protocols — there is no risk of loss or unauthorized access. We understand that this situation may disrupt your workflow and plans. To support you during this period, we are offering a two-month grace period with the following provisions:


- All orders currently in production will be completed and delivered as scheduled.

- The remaining account balance can be fully refunded to your original payment method.

- You will have ample time to back up or export your files and other personal data.

- For all components under the private library of the provided JLC account, we will arrange the corresponding shipping process. The handling fees incurred in this process will be covered by JLCPCB.


So far, there is no confirmed timeline for lifting the current restrictions. In light of this, we kindly encourage you to take timely action to secure your assets and complete the steps above.
