How do I order a panel?

When you have only one design in your PCB Gerber file and you need JLCPCB to help you duplicate multiple copies onto one panel, you can select the 'Panel By JLCPCB' option.

Simply check 'Yes' in the 'Panel By JLCPCB' section and fill in the number of rows (Y) and columns (X) of PCBs you want to place on one panel.

As shown in the image below, for example, if you set the panel configuration to 2 columns and 3 rows, we will merge 6 small PCBs into 1 large panel. If you order 10pcs PCBs, you will receive a total of 10 big panels, with each panel containing 6 PCBs, resulting in a total of 60 individual PCBs.

By default, we will add a 5mm board edge, as shown in the image below. It is a panel PCB with 2 rows and 5 columns.

Note:

If either side of the single PCB is within 15mm, there will be extra cost for v-cut process since it is more difficult to apply v-cut on small PCBs.

Based on our current production capabilities, please ensure that there are no more than 25 V-cut lines on either the X or Y side.

Please ensure that the board outline is simple. For complex board outlines, you will need to panelize them yourself.
