Users need to upload their flexible heater design requirements, which should include flexible heater dimensions, reserved pad (lead-out) positions, NTC placement, temperature control pad positions (including SMD or through-hole dimensions), and opening/hole information.

Supported formats: Gerber hles (ZIP, RAR), Mechanical drawings (DXF, DWG)

According to the requirements, JLCPCB Flexible Heater provides free routing services, and customers can download the production files for free. Before production, our engineers will reprocess the files and perform a manual review.
