Charges Overview

Storage & Handling Fees	Calculated from the day the first order enters the warehouse. Free for the first 7 days.Starting from Day 8, fees are automatically calculated daily at 00:00 (UTC+8).	$50/m³ + Tiered Fee: $20/m³/day (Fractions of 1m³ are calculated as 1m³)

How Combine Shipping Works

Set Combine Shipping Mode → Place Orders → Orders Received into Warehouse for Consolidation → Consolidation Complete → Select Courier & Pay Fees → Combined Shipment Dispatched

1. Go to the "Add-On Services" > "Combine Shipping" menu, and click the "Enable Combine Shipping" button.

2. Set your preferred shipping mode. Three modes are available:

By weight: Ship when the cumulative weight reaches a set value (e.g., 100kg)

By orders count: Ship when the cumulative number of orders reaches a set value (e.g., 50 orders)

By fixed schedule: Ship regularly on a fixed day each week (e.g., every Friday)

3. Then you can place orders. When selecting the shipping method, choose the combine shipping service. Your orders will then be held until your chosen shipping conditions are met.

4. During the order collection process, you can view the status of your combined orders on the combine shipping page.

5. Once your combined shipping order meets your shipping schedule and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification email. You can then select your preferred shipping method and proceed to pay the final charges (including storage, shipping, and taxes).

Please note: Your order will only be shipped after payment is completed. We recommend making the payment as soon as possible.

For Fixed Schedule mode: To ensure shipment on your scheduled day (e.g., Friday), please complete the payment by 3:00 PM (UTC+8) on that day. Payments made after this time will result in shipment on the following day.
