When you log in via a third-party account (e.g., Google, Apple), we only receive basic profile information (your username, Google linked ID, Google email address and Apple account ID) that you explicitly consent to share with us through the third-party platform. We do not access or store your third-party account credentials.

When you set up your personal profile, you can choose account type for individual or company, and accordingly complete certain information which will include company name, industry, country, email address, Whatsapp account and job title.
3. PaymentInformation

To facilitate order payments (including via JLC Wallet and other payment methods) and provide after-sales services, we process your payment and order information. The personal information collected includes your username/account ID, email address, mailing address, billing address, bank account details, selected payment option, and credit card number (in encrypted format). We also collect sales tax certificates where applicable for tax exemption eligibility. All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS, and payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. For your protection, we do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.
4. Order Management & Logistics

When you place an order or utilize our logistics and delivery services, we process personal information to facilitate order fulfillment, customs clearance, and tax compliance. The exact personal information collected includes your name, phone number, delivery address and billing address (including country/region, state/city, street address, building/house number, and postal code), and your custom design files. Additionally, where required by destination country regulations or carrier policies, we may collect your tax identification number to ensure successful delivery and regulatory compliance.

- Usage Information:When you use the Services, we will automatically collect information about your interactions, including order and product information, accessed URLs, referrer sources, clicked elements, page dwell time, as well as country/region and currency derived from your network connection. This data enables us analyze and improve your experience while ensuring Services functionality.

You can contact us by email or through our online customer service channels. And you also can reach out to us via live chat. Automated decision-making technology is used for monitoring order information to prevent exports to sanctioned or restricted countries. JLCPCB’s processing of your personal information will not result in a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you unless such a decision is necessary as part of a contract we have with you, we have your consent, or we are permitted by law to engage in such automated decision-making. 8. No Special Categories of Information

To provide you with consistent services across JLCPCB and its affiliates, manage your account, and ensure technical support, we will share your personal information with our affiliated companies within the JLCPCB. For example, LCSC is one of our affiliates. If you register at JLCPCB, we will share the information about you with affiliated companies for account login. We will only share your information within our affiliated companies for legitimate and explicit purposes, and only share the information necessary to provide the Services, and are bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If a purpose concerned is not included in this Policy, we will state it in the corresponding notice of the specific services.
4. Sharing with business partners
We may share the necessary personal information with the following categories of third-party partners to perform certain features or to provide you with better service:
- Payment service providers to process your transactions;
- Logistics and delivery partners to fulfill your orders and provide tracking services;

Currently, we will store your personal information on a server located in Frankfurt, Germany.

For your protection and the protection of all of our users, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before we can deal with your request. We will respond to your request within one month. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and the expected time to respond.

1. Data security and technical measures
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We use a variety of administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security measures designed to protect personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data, the processing involved, and the risks presented. Our security measures aim to prevent accidental loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access to your personal information.
Please note that the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. To help safeguard your account, we strongly recommend that you create a unique and complex password and do not reuse passwords from other sites or Apps. Before sharing your personal information with third parties, we require them to assume appropriate data protection obligations. To this end, we enter into data processing agreements or include data provisions in our cooperation agreement. In case of an unfortunate personal data security incident, we will initiate emergency plans and remedial measures to prevent the incident from expanding. In addition, in accordance with applicable law, we will promptly inform users of the basic data and the possible impact of security incidents, the measures we have taken or will take to deal with them, the suggestions users can independently prevent and reduce risks, and the remedial measures for users. We will promptly inform users of the relevant data of the event by email, letter, phone call, push notification and other means. If it is difficult to inform individual data subjects one by one, we will make announcements in a reasonable and effective way. XII. Children's Privacy

XIII. Retention

- Logistics information, such as delivery addresses, is retained for two (2) years after order completion.
- Customer support requests: retained for two (2) years after resolution to facilitate follow-up and service improvement.
- Marketing preferences: Data processed for marketing purposes will be retained for one (1) year. If you withdraw your consent prior to this period, such data will cease to be used for marketing and will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Behavioral analysis data will be anonymized and retained for a maximum of 24 months.
