$54 New Customer Coupons

Why does JLCPCB offer coupons?

JLCPCB provides new customer coupons to reduce PCB costs. This allows customers to start prototyping their first and subsequent PCB designs. We hope everyone enjoys coupons and knows how to redeem them properly.

Q. Is it really a $54 coupon? The $54 coupons includes:

• $10 New Customer Shipping Coupon (For the PCB/SMT/Stencil 3D printing order whose shipping value is over $15 only)  
• $5 New Customer Product Coupon (For the PCB/SMT/Stencil 3D printing order whose value is over $19)
• $10 SMT coupon (For SMT orders over $20 only)

$5 shipping coupon condition of use for the first order This coupon is not displayed in the coupon list in the customer account but displayed on the checkout page. This coupon can be applied only to the first order. It is used for orders whose shipping costs≥7 dollars

• $9 SMT special offer coupon for order over $0.01 excluding freight
• $9 SMT special offer coupon for order over $0.01 excluding freight
• $6 SMT special offer coupon for order over $0.01 excluding freight (The three regular monthly  SMT coupons value will be sent at the beginning of each month. Please check the usage conditions and validity period of each coupon. Coupons will be sent to all customers every month)

Q. Why can't I use my coupon?

A1. Please notice that some coupons can be used under limited conditions. For example, special shipping offer coupons, special offer coupons for orders over $XX coupons, etc.

A2. The unused but expired coupon can't be redeemed.

Q. The order is partially canceled, why not return the coupon?

Because the coupon has already been partially used for the order, it cannot be returned.

Q. My $50 coupon paid for a $34 order, will it leave a $16 coupon in my account?

A coupon can be only redeemed once. If the coupon amount has not been used up, the remaining part is not be refunded or saved.

Q. I have 3 of the $5 coupons, can they be redeemed as 1 coupon valued at $15.

Sorry, coupons can't be integrated into one big coupon.

Q. Can I use the coupon again when I add a new item?

No, currently only the first payment can redeem the coupon which means a batch can only use the coupon once.

Additional Information:

Each customer (regardless of whether it has a different JLCPCB account) can only gain new-user-coupon once and event coupons once. Coupons can't be redeemed that is detected by the system as a wrong-take. Coupons are used for starting a better PCB prototype experience. Abuse of coupons would reduce trust, JLCPCB's customers always respect a good business environment.
