Why does JLCPCB offer coupons?

Q. Is it really a $60 coupon? The $60 coupons includes:

• $10 New Customer Shipping Coupon (For orders with shipping costs exceeding $15)
• $4 PCB coupon (For PCB orders exceeding $5)
• $2 PCB coupon (For PCB orders exceeding $2)
• $5 3DP coupon (For 3D Printing orders exceeding $5)
• $2 3DP coupon (For 3D Printing orders exceeding  $2)
• $4 CNC coupon (For CNC orders exceeding $5)
• $2 CNC coupon (For CNC orders exceeding $2)
• $5 FA coupon (For Mechatronic Parts orders exceeding $5)
• $2 FA coupon (For Mechatronic Parts orders exceeding $2)

Three Monthly SMT Coupons:

• $9 SMT special offer coupon for order over $0.01 excluding freight
• $9 SMT special offer coupon for order over $0.01 excluding freight
• $6 SMT special offer coupon for order over $0.01 excluding freight (Three monthly SMT coupons will be issued at the start of each month. Be sure to review the terms and expiration dates for each coupon. All customers will receive these coupons monthly.)

Q. Why can't I use my coupon?

A1. Please notice that some coupons can be used under limited conditions. For example, special shipping offer coupons, special offer coupons for orders over $XX coupons, etc.

A2. The unused but expired coupon can't be redeemed.

Q. The order is partially canceled, why not return the coupon?

Because the coupon has already been partially used for the order, it cannot be returned.

Q. My $50 coupon paid for a $34 order, will it leave a $16 coupon in my account?

A coupon can be only redeemed once. If the coupon amount has not been used up, the remaining part is not be refunded or saved.

Q. I have 3 of the $5 coupons, can they be redeemed as 1 coupon valued at $15.

Sorry, coupons can't be integrated into one big coupon.

Q. Can I use the coupon again when I add a new item?

No, currently only the first payment can redeem the coupon which means a batch can only use the coupon once.

Additional Information:

Each customer (regardless of whether it has a different JLCPCB account) can only gain new-user-coupon once and event coupons once. Coupons can't be redeemed that is detected by the system as a wrong-take. Coupons are used for starting a better PCB prototype experience. Abuse of coupons would reduce trust, JLCPCB's customers always respect a good business environment.
