• 1.What kind of stencil does the $3 price include?

  The $3 price includes a high-precision laser-cut stencil (custom size ≤100×100 mm), made from 304 HTA stainless steel, with cutting accuracy up to ±0.003 mm.
• 2.Who is eligible for the $3 SMT stencil ?

  Anyone ordering a customized stencil with a size ≤100×100mm is eligible for the $3 pricing — no minimum PCB order is required.
• 3. How many times can I get a $5 coupon?

  Each customer can only claim a $5 stencil coupon once.If you haven't claimed another $5 coupon on the nano-coated stencil page before, you can claim two $5 coupons.To avoid expiration, we recommend claiming it when you're ready to order your stencil — once expired, it cannot be claimed again.
• 4.If I order PCB together with Stencil, they will be shipped together?

  It depends. If you order stencils with PCBs, stencil size≤280 × 280 mm can be shipped together with the PCBs. However, if you choose express shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx), stencil size＞280 × 280 mm will be shipped separately.
• 5.When should I choose Nano-coating?

  Nano-coating enhances paste release and ensures cleaner, more consistent prints. It’s highly recommended for PCBs with BGA, QFN, or other fine-pitch components.
• 6.Why is Electropolishing auto-selected when choosing Nano-coating?

  Because together, they ensure the best results. Electropolishing smooths the aperture walls by removing burrs and slag left from laser cutting, creating a clean, even surface. This allows the nano-coating to bond more effectively and perform more consistently. The combined process improves paste release, boosts first-pass yield, and extends stencil lifespan.
• 7. If I select a Nano-coated stencil, how much additional production time will it take?

  It usually takes an additional 12 hours for Nano-coating
• 8.Do I have to order a PCB to get the $3 stencil price?

  No. You can order the stencil separately or together with a PCB — both options qualify for the discount, as long as the stencil size is ≤100×100mm.
• 9.How can I customize the stencil size to get the discount?

  When placing your order, select "Yes" under "Customized Size" and set both length and width to be ≤100mm.
• 10.Will I need to upload my Gerber file again if I already ordered the PCB?

  No need. You can reuse your existing PCB order to add a stencil — just click "Show all",then select"Need Stencil" under the order history.
• 11.Can I use the $5 coupon together with the $3 stencil offer?

  Yes! You can apply the $5 coupon, meaning your $3 stencil may cost you nothing at all (except shipping).
