Truesemi was founded in 2008 and is located in Pohang, South Korea. In 2009, Allianz Group invested in the Korean semiconductor design sector and acquired POWER SOLUTION, a leading 8-inch VD-MOS wafer factory specializing in the production and R&D of POWER MOSFETs and IGBTs. The company primarily produces high-voltage, medium- and low-voltage, high-current series MOSFETs, and IGBT power devices.
