RECTRON Co., Ltd. was established in Tucheng, Taipei, China, in January 1975 by a group of experienced semiconductor engineers. Through local financing, RECTRON quickly became a recognized supplier of high-quality discrete semiconductors. In 1981, RECTRON increased its sales revenue and, at the beginning of 1994, commissioned a factory in China to enhance its competitive advantage and increase the manufacturing capacity for discrete devices. All RECTRON factories are wholly-owned and utilize customized, vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly processes. Our Chinese factory has obtained TS16949 quality standard certification and holds ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 environmental, health, and safety certifications. RECTRON has achieved unparalleled quality and production efficiency by implementing IPQC, SPC, and TQM methods. In January 1985, RECTRON received approval for the initial public offering of common stock and has opened wholly-owned subsidiaries in Los Angeles, USA; London, UK; and Hong Kong. With over 40 years of rectifier manufacturing experience, RECTRON is widely accepted as the de facto standard by major OEMs globally.
