InventChip was established in 2017 and is located in the Lin-gang Special Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, focusing on silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor technology. The company is the first in China to master 6-inch SiC MOSFET and SBD processes as well as SiC MOSFET driver chip technology. It primarily produces SiC power devices and driver chips.
