Notice Regarding Recent PCB Pricing and Capacity Allocation Measures

Dear Customers,

Due to exceptional conditions in the PCB materials market, the cost of key raw materials—particularly copper-clad laminates (CCL)—has increased significantly in recent weeks, with market prices continuing to fluctuate. Thanks to strategic inventory planning and strong supplier partnerships, JLCPCB currently maintains a stable material supply.

To help ensure sustainable production capacity and stable service levels for the broader customer community, we kindly ask customers to place orders according to actual project requirements and avoid excessive stockpiling during this period.

To maintain a balanced allocation of materials and manufacturing capacity, JLCPCB will implement the following pricing and capacity measures:

1. Dynamic Material Pricing

Material-related pricing will be adjusted in accordance with market conditions and raw material cost fluctuations, while maintaining competitive pricing for prototype and standard-volume orders whenever possible.

2. Volume-Based Surcharges for Large Orders

During the current period of material supply constraints, additional surcharges may apply to the portion of PCB orders exceeding 100 m², with pricing adjusted progressively based on order volume and product specifications.

3. Capacity Allocation Measures

If overall order demand exceeds available production capacity, temporary order allocation measures may be introduced to ensure stable production schedules and delivery performance.In addition, manufacturing capacity may be prioritized based on factors such as long-term cooperation, order structure, production planning, and material availability. For unusually large-volume orders, additional capacity review and scheduling arrangements may be required. In certain cases, order quantities may be limited based on available production resources.

Pricing and capacity allocation policies may be adjusted further as market conditions evolve. Customers are encouraged to refer to the online quotation system for the latest pricing information.
