Shipping Information for China Taiwan

China Taiwan Customs may require you to submit additional documentation for the customs clearance, including without limitation: Copy of Identification Card and Power of Attorney. Failure to provide required documentation may result in customs clearance delay or rejection.

According to the recent policy of the Customs Administration, consignees that hold China Taiwan Identity Card will need to perform real-name authentication, and for cases where there is no real-name certification authentication, the customs clearance system may increase the chance of inspection and require further documents in order to clear customs. Please use the official APP provided by the Customs Department for real-name authentication. If your package needs to submit additional information such as a photocopy of your ID card or customs declaration letter, the APP will notify you immediately and you can provide it directly on the APP.

When you place an order, use any information (including any characters and spaces) of the consignee's name, ID number and mobile phone number, which must be exactly the same as what you filled in on the APP.
