When will my order be shipped

Due to the PCBs/assembled boards, and stencils are custom products, your orders will be shipped when they are ready. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the order’s shipping information and its tracking number. You can also track the status of your order in your account Order History.

Note:

Orders arrive at our shipping center after 11 am Saturday will be dispatched next Monday as there is no pickup service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

The build-time means time from the start of physical production to production finished (ready for delivery). We will start fabrication immediately after your Gerber files and all other necessary files being received, reviewed by us and re-approved by your side.
