1. Why have I completed the transfer, but the funds have not reached your bank?
- Bank processing delays, online bank transfers typically take 3-7 days. Please be patient and wait for the funds to clear.
- Incorrect recipient name or card number, please double-check that your information is entered correctly.
2. How can I make a top-up?

3. How do I know if my Top Up was processed?
You can check the status of your top-up in your Transfer Records. If the status shows "Processing", it means we are handling your transfer, which is typically completed within 1-2 days after the funds are received. When the status shows "Complete", it means the top-up has been credited to your account.
4. Are there any extra fees that apply to top-ups?
We do not charge any additional fees. However, the top-up will be based on the actual amount received, as bank transfers usually involve transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. In some countries, both remitting banks and beneficiary banks will charge a transaction fee. While some countries only remitting banks charge a transaction fee.
