Keep Production on Lunar New Year Holiday 2024

Time flies! We are once again grateful for the year we've spent with every customer around the world.

As the Lunar New Year holiday approaches from February 4th to 16th, we assure you that our production will continue uninterrupted to support your sparks of innovation throughout the holiday, providing the same high-quality manufacturing services for PCB, PCBA, 3D Printing, CNC machining, and JLCMC Mechatronic Parts Purchase as we always do.

Below are the specs available during the Lunar New Year holiday, along with the production and shipping schedule. Please kindly schedule the order placement time properly to guarantee the timely completion of your projects.

Available Service During LNY Holiday

1. PCB&PCBA Service

Other unavailable specs during LNY holiday: Aluminum, Copper core, Rogers/Teflon and Flex PCB

Notes:

• PCB/PCBA orders with those unavailable specs can be placed from February 4th to 16th, but will be produced on February 17th.
• Orders that will be produced after the LNY Holiday cannot be combined with orders produced during the holiday.
• The build time might be 2 days longer than usual during the LNY holiday.  

2. Parts Orders

The Parts Procurement Department will be on LNY holidays from February 3rd to 16th.

3. SMT-Stencil Service

SMT-stencil orders will keep production during LNY holiday, except Step Stencils.

• Step Stencil can be placed from February 4th to 16th, but will be produced on February 17th.
• SMT-stencil Build time: 3 - 4 days

4. 3D-Printing Service

All 3D printing materials will continue production during the LNY holiday, except for 8001 resin (Transparent-Oil spraying ) and 1172Pro Nylon.

The build time might be 1-2 more days longer than usual during the LNY holiday.

5. CNC Machining Service

• Orders with those unavailable specs can be placed from February 4th to 16th, but will be produced on February 17th.
• Orders that will be produced after the LNY Holiday cannot be combined with orders produced during the holiday.

6. JLCMC

All in-stock parts can be shipped during the LNY holiday, except February 9th to 12th.

7. PCB Layout Service

PCB Layout Service is unavailable from February 3rd to 16th.

8. Customer Service

Customer Service is available during the LNY holiday, except February 9th to 12th.

Quality Complaint Support will be on holiday from February 6th to 12th.
