TMI, initiated by Academician Hao Yue from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and founded in 2007 by Dr. Jianping Fang, a returnee from Dialog Semiconductor in Germany, owns two brands: TMI (Xi'an Torex) and SUNTO (Hangzhou Sunto Semiconductor). The company primarily produces power management ICs, custom mixed-signal ICs, and motor driver ICs.
