The company focuses on the design, research, and development of power semiconductor devices and power integrated chips, as well as system solutions. Its main products include SiC MOSFETs, SiC diodes, silicon-based planar MOSFETs, super junction MOSFETs, medium and low voltage MOSFETs, LED driver ICs, motor driver ICs, and a series of ESD and TVS protection devices.
