I have ordered a small amount of PCBs with assembly and I have been charged for higher quantity than the one that is needed. I understand that some components have minimum order quantity and my question is, will I receive the excess parts or no? Additionally I would like to ask as there is a fee for a stencil is this stencil also included in the order?
