We are planning to use a 1mm thick aluminium PCB as a thermal spacer between Mosfets and heatsink in a mains powered inverter. The dielectric will act as the insulation layer. I can't find either the breakdown voltage or the thermal conductivity figure for the dielectric layer. Can anyone advise?
