Hi,

Is PCB for WLP/WLCSP package ICs, such as STM32F051T8Y6TR, can be fabricated?

I know 0.28mm pad is acceptable but have no idea if 0.37mm solder mask can be accepted.

(0.15mm pad minimum, pad+0.15mm solder mask minimum is what I understood.)
